We have a vacancy for Operator Malthouse, because multitasking miracle worker is not an official title.
As an Operator you are working with our natural production process daily and can be found in our germination streets. Here you ensure the perfect conditions for our end product to be of the best quality. For the expansion of our young team we are looking for a motivated Process Operator.
The Swaen is a Dutch family business that has been around for more than a hundred years. We make quality malts, the main ingredient of beer and whiskey. It is also used in the food industry, but that sounds a little less exciting. We have customers all over the world, mainly craft brewers.
What will you do in this position?
- You manage – and supervise – the entire production process.
- You clean the installations and machines.
- You take product and raw material samples at various stages of the process.
- You load and unload trucks.
- You solve minor technical problems independently.
- You document parameters and process steps according to our batch registration system.
Job requirements for Operator Malthouse
- You are able to understand and execute technical process flows.
- You are a dedicated worker who is able to perform physically demanding work.
- You are flexible, motivated and show initiative.
- You have a solution-oriented attitude.
- You have completed a technical education at least at MBO2 level.
- Some experience in the food industry is a plus.
