What will you do in this position?

What our electricians do is difficult to summarize in a few bullet points, but in short you can expect:

• Detecting faults, and solving and preventing them.
• Carrying out (emergency) repairs in consultation with managers and informing production personnel about the causes of faults.
• Dismantling (parts of) equipment, and then testing and checking them.
• Carrying out periodic inspections and maintenance in the field of Electricity.
• Supervising external specialist(s) in carrying out major repairs.
• Assessing the state of maintenance of our machinery, recording findings and anticipating them.
• Compliance with laws and procedures (occupational health and safety, (food) safety and the environment).
• Identifying and reporting unsafe situations.

Job requirements for the vacancy for electrician

• MBO work and thinking level preferably in the direction of Electricity.
• You are accurate and are electrically strong and up-to-date.
• You have a lot of perseverance and are not easily discouraged.
• Running breakdown services and helping colleagues in need is not a problem for you but a challenge (we are on call after work once a month for one week).
• You live a maximum of 40 minutes from Kloosterzande. This is because of the breakdown service, we cannot let our colleagues wait too long.
• Management experience is a plus but certainly not a must.
