Description
Swaen© Distilling is your go-to base malt for all distilling applications, offering the perfect combination of efficiency, versatility, and flavour. Designed specifically for distillers, this high-performance malt ensures smooth processing and exceptional results in every batch.
Carefully cured at a controlled temperature of 70-75°C, Swaen© Distilling retains maximum enzymatic activity, making starch conversion quick and efficient. As a result, it delivers high fermentable yields while maintaining a clean, well-balanced grain character. Plus, thanks to its light kilning process, this malt preserves its natural enzymatic strength, allowing it to break down starches effortlessly—even when combined with adjuncts.
What makes Swaen© Distilling even more appealing is how easy it is to work with. Its strong enzymatic power means you can mash it effortlessly using a single-temperature infusion, streamlining your production process and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. This not only saves time but also guarantees reliable, high-quality results every time.
