It brings together brewers, researchers, and industry specialists under a single, technical-scientific programme built entirely around peer-submitted abstracts.
Unlike many trade conferences, the EBC Congress has deep roots in brewing and malting science. EBC analytical standards are widely used across the global brewing sector. The 2026 edition returns to its “stand-alone” format. That means no generalist streams, only rigorous technical-scientific content collected via the “Call for Abstracts”.
