Platinum Swaen Chit is a very under-modified malt, created to improve foam stability. Compared to other malts Platinum Swaen Chit has much more high molecular protein.

To create the unique Smoke flavour, it’s smoked with beech wood. This gives the beer a typical smoked aroma and taste. Even your mash might smell a little smoky.

This barley malt is acidified with lactobacilli to correct the pH-value during fermentation. It improves hydrolytic enzymes. Add 1% to your grist, to reduce your mash pH by 0.1pH.
